Made by director/winemaker Simon Day who grew up on an English vineyard and has 25 years’ experience making wine in England and abroad. Simon is a viticultural consultant, he’s recently established the first UK based vine nursery, he’s also an award-winning cider maker - the first to produce an ice cider in the UK and now innovative co-ferments.
