
Our Bacchus pours a pale, lemon gold with aromas of elderflower, nettle, lime flower and a hint of rose too. The palate has crisp citrus notes and just a hint of melon and nectarine. Try this with salmon or trout dishes; goats' cheese; grilled or roasted asparagus; or tomato and mozzarella salad.
