The juice of Blenheim Orange and Laxton Superb apples is frozen and slowly thawed yielding a sweet concentrated juice. This is fermented slowly to achieve a cider with high residual sugar levels, yet a balancing acidity. A perfect aperitif, or as an accompaniment for fruity desserts such as a tarte tatin or excellent with strong cheese such as Stilton.
